Returns

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags or labels intact.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at yourdon_chew@plantraritiesfamily.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Please include a clear photo and description when contacting us for an exchange request.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and limited-edition reasons, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards and digital downloads

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
